Founded in 1901, Barrow AFC are based at Holker Street in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, where they have played their home games since 1909. The club joined the Football League in 1921 but were voted out in 1972, going on to spend 48 seasons in non-league football before returning to the EFL as National League champions in 2020.
The club's colours are blue and white, giving rise to their nickname the Bluebirds. Barrow have also twice won the FA Trophy in 1990 and 2010, becoming the only club to have won the trophy at both the old and new Wembley Stadium.
Barrow currently play in League Two, the fourth tier of English football.
